Job Title---- Sr. QA Automation Engineer.

Location---- Hyderabad, Telangana (Hybrid).

**Role Overview:**

As a Senior Automation QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality and reliability of our mobile application platform. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing automated tests for both frontend and backend components, as well as API endpoints. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and identify test scenarios for automation.

- Design and develop automated test scripts using languages such as Python, Spec, and Selenium for frontend testing.

- Implement API testing using tools like Postman and other API testing frameworks.

- Create and maintain test frameworks, libraries, and tools to streamline the automation process.

- Execute automated tests, analyse results, and identify defects or areas for improvement.

- Work closely with developers to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution of defects.

- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and release activities to maintain product quality.

- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in automation testing and quality assurance.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 10+ years of experience as a QA Engineer with a focus on automation testing.

- Strong proficiency in writing automation scripts using languages such as Python, Spec, and Selenium.

- Experience with API testing tools like Postman and knowledge of RESTful API principles.

- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
