TestoMeter, reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, because of insufficient enrolment’s, instructor illness or force majeure events. The below T&C would not apply to registrants related to corporate clients.
All cancellations and reschedules must be notified over email
In case TestoMeter cancels an event, 100% of course fees will be refunded to the delegate.
In case TestoMeter postpones an event, the participants booking of course, will carry forward to the upcoming batch. In case participants are not available on a given date, then they can send a request to opt for any upcoming batch.
If a cancellation is done by a delegate 7 business days (or more) prior to the event, 10% of the total course fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the delegate.
If a cancellation is done by a delegate within 7 business days (or less) of the event, no refunds will be made.
No refunds or credits will be available for participants who fail to attend the course.

For any of our training (Courses), you get time till first- two day to review and decide. If you feel that the trainer is unable to match up to your expectations regarding quality and delivery, drop a refund request or trainer change request to firstname.lastname@example.org
and walk out from class groups, you will be entitled to 100% of your money and an apology email from us.It’s not applicable to Global Certification program if exam booking is already done. (E.g., ISTQB)
