Job description

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies ,tools and processes

proficiency  in test management tools(e.g JIRA ,TestRail) and test automation frameworks

excellent communication ,interpersonal & problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in Agile or DevOps environment is highly desirable

Relevant testing certifications (ISTQB,CSTE etc) are plus

Roles & Responsibilities:

• collaborate with cross -functional teams to understand project requirements
• lead and mentor a team testers 
• develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases
• manage testing phases ,including functional , regression and performance testing
• monitor and report on testing progress and product quality
• identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices
