We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Software Test Engineer with 0–1 year of experience to join our QA team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of manual testing principles and a willingness to learn automation tools like Selenium. You will be responsible for executing test cases, identifying bugs, and working closely with the development team to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
– Understand and analyze software requirements and specifications.
– Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
– Log, track, and report defects using JIRA or similar tools.
– Perform functional, regression, and UI testing across platforms and devices.
– Document test results, create bug reports, and provide feedback to improve software
quality.
-Assist in writing and executing basic automated test scripts (preferred but not mandatory).

Required Skills:
– Knowledge of manual testing concepts (STLC, SDLC, Test Case Design).
– Basic understanding of Selenium WebDriver and test automation (preferred).
– Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA.
– Knowledge of SQL and basic database testing.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Good written and verbal communication skills.
