We are seeking an experienced Software Test Engineer to lead and execute software testing activities across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manual and automation testing, a solid understanding of the SDLC/STLC, and the ability to ensure high-quality software delivery through systematic testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify defects and ensure quality.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium with java, TestNG, Cypress,playwright with python.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration,smok,sanity,load and UAT testing.
• Conduct API testing with Postman,Jmeter
• Track and manage defects using tools such as JIRA,QA Touch,MantisBT,Bugzilla.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Contribute to the enhancement of testing processes, tools, and standards.
• Mentor junior test engineers and provide guidance on testing best practices.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum/waterfall methodologies and ensure timely and quality releases.
• Conduct customer presentations/demonstrations and actively participate in client communications, including business discussions, requirement analysis, and testing strategy formulation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in software testing (manual and/or automation).
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, SDLC, and defect life cycle.
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver, , and test management tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong quality mindset.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent oral/written communication(English/Hindi/marathi) and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
