Role Highlights:
• Lead and coach Agile teams to deliver high-quality software
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews & Retrospectives
• Drive teams from doing Agile to being Agile
• Remove impediments and protect the team from distractions
• Ensure smooth collaboration between Product, QA & Development teams
• Act as a single point of contact for status, risks, and blockers
• Track and present Agile metrics: Velocity, Burndown/Burnup, Lead Time
Skills & Tools:
• Strong knowledge of Agile & SDLC
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello
• Scrum certifications (CSM / PSM / SAFe) preferred
