We are seeking a highly experienced QA Lead to manage and guide a team of testers in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in API automation, manual testing, database testing, and domain knowledge in CRM or banking. Responsibilities include test planning, execution, reporting, team mentoring, and stakeholder communication. Experience in handling large QA teams, working on complex systems, and end-to-end testing lifecycle is essential.
Key Requirements:
7+ years in QA with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Hands-on with API & database testing
Strong understanding of CRM or banking domains
Excellent communication and team management skills
BE/ME/M.Sc/MCA degree; certification in testing preferred
