We are looking for an experienced Test Lead (5–10 years) with strong expertise in manual and automation testing using Java and Selenium. You will lead QA efforts across projects, ensuring high-quality software delivery through test planning, execution, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA activities across manual and automation testing.

• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks (Java, Selenium).

• Create test plans, cases, and execute functional, regression, and integration tests.

• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams.

• Manage defect tracking and resolution.

• Review test scripts and mentor junior QA engineers.

• Implement QA best practices and report testing metrics.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years in software testing (4+ years in automation).

• Strong in Java, Selenium, TestNG/JUnit.

• Experience in manual testing and Agile environments.

• Familiar with JIRA, Git, Jenkins, Maven, Postman.

• API and performance testing exposure is a plus.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
