We are hiring an Automation Test Manager to lead end-to-end test automation for a large-scale Corporate Lending / Loan Origination platform. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in automation and solid leadership capabilities.
Hands-on with Playwright + Java/Python (Selenium + Java acceptable)
Experience in test strategy, QA governance, and stakeholder management
Ability to manage 18–20 QA engineers across 8–9 squads
Strong technical (80%) and leadership (20%) skill mix
Prior experience in banking domain preferred
