Position: Software Tester

Experience Required: Fresher

Gender: Female candidates only

 

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented female candidate for the role of Software Tester (Fresher). The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of software testing concepts and a basic knowledge of automation testing tools.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
  • Report bugs and errors to development teams.
  • Collaborate with developers and business analysts to ensure software quality.
  • Participate in review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.

 

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals (SDLC, STLC, types of testing, etc.).
  • Basic exposure to any automation testing tool.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
