Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop comprehensive UI test cases, scenarios, and scripts for both manual and automation testing.

• Perform end-to-end testing, including functional, regression, smoke, API, and performance testing using both manual and automated methods.

• Use Bugzilla and JIRA for efficient defect tracking, reporting, and resolution.

• Execute SQL queries for effective database testing and troubleshooting.

• Debug and troubleshoot both manual and automated test scripts and systems.

• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to maintain high-quality automation deliverables.

• Monitor and analyze test results to identify improvements and implement enhancements.

• Collaborate closely with Agile teams to define test strategies and integrate automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.

• Document testing processes, methodologies, and configurations for future reference and team knowledge sharing.

• Create documentation throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Test Development Life Cycle (TDLC).

Good to Have: 

• Basic understanding of programming languages like Java, C, or C++.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication skills and a team-first attitude.

• Personal laptop/system for work.

Technical Skills Required:  

Manual Testing: 

• Experience creating and executing test cases.

• Familiarity with Smoke Testing, Regression Testing, and API Testing.

Automation Testing:

• Proficiency with Selenium and WebDriver tools for automation.

Tools:

• Experience using Bugzilla and JIRA.
