Location: Baner, Pune (WFO)
Employment Type: Full-Time (6 days working)

Salary: Fresher: 1.8 - 2.4 LPA
Education: 4 Yr Bachelor's (CS/IT) or 3 Yr Bachelor's + Master's (CS/IT / Passout year 2023/24)
Percentage: 60%+ in academics
System Required: Own laptop/system

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop comprehensive manual and automated UI test cases, including functional, regression, smoke, API, and performance testing.
• Use Bugzilla and JIRA for defect tracking, ensuring accurate issue reporting.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for database testing and troubleshooting.
• Debug and troubleshoot manual/automation scripts, conduct code reviews, and guide the team on high-quality automation.
• Monitor test results and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with Agile teams for test strategy and CI/CD integration.
• Create documentation throughout SDLC and TDLC.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in manual testing (test case creation, smoke, regression, API testing).
• Expertise in Selenium for automation testing.
• Familiarity with Bugzilla and JIRA.
• Software Testing certification is a must.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Good-to-have:

• Basic understanding of programming (Java/C/C++).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Experience: 0-6 months (Freshers with certification welcome)
