1) Project Manager:

Experience:-  Minimum Experience of 3+ years in end-to-end project implementation

Basic Requirement:- A postgraduate from any recognized university with a degree in computer engineering or equivalent is desirable

Preferred knowledge:- 

• A bachelor's degree in a related field such as project management, business administration, or engineering.

• Additional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 can enhance credibility and expertise.

• Practical experience in managing projects, teams, and resources is highly beneficial for successful project management.

• Familiarity with project management software and tools for effective planning, monitoring, and reporting.

Skills and Abilities:- 

  Proficiency in project management methodologies and best practices.

• Familiarity with Agile and other project management frameworks for efficient development.

• Understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Knowledge of stakeholder management and effective communication techniques to facilitate smooth collaboration and information flow within the team.

2) Business Analyst

Experience:- Minimum Experience of 3+ years in application development

Basic Requirement:- Postgraduate from any recognized university; a degree in computer engineering or equivalent is desirable

Preferred knowledge:-

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or a related field.

• Additional certifications or training in business analysis, data analysis, or project management may be advantageous.

• Familiarity with specific software or tools commonly used in business analysis is also beneficial.

• Relevant work experience or internships in a business or analytical role can be valuable for practical understanding and skill development.

Skills and Abilities:-

• Proficiency in business analysis techniques and methodologies.

• Understanding of requirements engineering and documentation processes.

• Familiarity with data analysis and modeling for effective decision-making.

• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations relevant to the business domain being analyzed.

3) Dot Net Developer

Experience:- Minimum Experience of 3+ years in application development

Basic Requirement:-  Postgraduate from any recognized university; a degree in computer engineering or equivalent is desirable

Preferred knowledge:-

• Understanding of cyber security

• Proficiency with spring boot, tomcat, Kafka,

• Proficient understanding of versioning technologies

• Experience working in an  AGILE environment

Skills and Abilities:-

• Design, build, maintain, and deploy advanced applications

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

• Review and analyze business requirements

• Work on bug-fixing and improving the application performance

• Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

• Ability to conceive and communicate development strategies

• Fluency in English (both written & verbal) • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

• Efficient at multitasking, goal-oriented, hardworking, positive disposition

• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

4) Quality Analyst

Experience:- 2-5 years of proven experience as a quality assurance tester or a similar role.

Basic Requirement:- Graduate from any recognized university preferably in computer engineering or equivalent

Preferred knowledge:-

• Experience in project management and QA methodology

• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors

• Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing

Skills & Abilities:-

• Strong written & verbal communication

• Expertise in bug-tracking tools

• Create and execute test scripts and document the outcome

• Develop effective test strategies and test plans

• Review and analyze system specifications

• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development cycle.

5) UI/UX designer

Experience:- 3+ years of experience working as a UI developer or in a similar role

Basic Requirement:- B.E/B.Tech in Computer science or equivalent degree from a recognized and reputed institution.

Preferred skills:-

• Proficiency in creating the user interface for a website/mobile application

• Well-versed in collecting, researching, investigating, and evaluating user requirements using storyboards.

• Experienced with wireframing, prototyping tools

• Well-versed with scripting technologies

• Substantial experience with HTML, CSS, Jquery, Ajax, JS, Python.

• Hands-on experience with front-end stacks
