What We’re Looking For:

• Avid gamers with enthusiasm to kickstart a career in Game Testing
• Good communication skills
• Basic understanding of software testing (a plus!)

Eligibility:

• Education: Any stream / Any graduation year (Yes, Non-IT candidates are welcome!)
• No percentage criteria
• Gender: Open to all

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand game objectives and testing goals
• Execute test cases with precision
• Report and log bugs effectively with clarity
• Collaborate with Leads/Managers on daily tasks
• Communicate risks proactively
• Share insights to improve quality and workflow

Compensation & Perks:

• CTC: 2.64 LPA
• In-hand Salary: 15,000/month
• Shift Allowance: 8,000/month for night shifts allowance (Depends on the working in night shift)
• Free Meals: Lunch, Dinner & Snacks (Served in cafeteria depends upon the working shift)
• Cab Services:
  • Night shifts: Free Pick-up & Drop within 10 KM radius
  • Afternoon shift: Post 9 PM Drop within 10 KM radius

Shifts: Rotational (includes night shifts)
Work Mode: Work from Office (Viman Nagar, Pune)
Tentative DOJ: ASAP
Interview Process: HR Round -> Gaming Round -> Aptitude Test -> Communication Round -> Operations round
