Work Location: Bangalore or Vizag

Bond: 2 years

Training Period: 3 months (Training Stipend: 18 K for 3 months), Later 3.5 to 4 LPA will be offered based on Qualification

Shift: Rotational

Job Overview: As a Service Desk Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for users
seeking technical assistance. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals starting their
careers in IT support, offering ample opportunities for professional growth within the
organization. 
   
Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user inquiries and technical support requests via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Create and manage support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Guide users on IT procedures and best practices.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT support teams.
  • Assist with IT equipment setup, configuration, and installation.
  • Follow up with users to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
  • Maintain professionalism and high-quality customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). (BSc, BCA, BE, BTech, MCA)
  • Any technical certifications
  • Completion of 3 to 6 months of training in an IT institute.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, operating systems, and networking concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

showcases your background, experience, and fit for the role, and upload & share it.
How to Upload & Share:
*After the interview, you can remove the video from YouTube/Google Drive, as it’s not necessary

Option 1: YouTube

To make a video unlisted:
1. Upload the Video: Start by uploading your video to YouTube as you normally would.
2. Change Privacy Settings: When uploading, go to the video’s privacy settings and select "Unlisted”.
3. Share the Link: Once the video is unlisted, you can share the link with anyone you want to have access to it. They won’t need a YouTube account to view it, and it won’t appear in search results or on your channel.

Option 2: Google Drive

1. Upload the Video: Upload the video to your Google Drive.
2. Share the Link: Right-click the video file, select "Get a link," and set the sharing settings to allow access to anyone with the link.
3. Access: Ensure you provide the link in the registration form for review.

Presentation Structure for 10 Minutes

1. Dynamic Opening (1 minute): Begin with a captivating story or anecdote related to your career. State your name, the position you're applying for, and provide a brief overview of the topics you will cover.
2. Personal Story and Background (2 minutes): Share a defining career moment or challenge that shaped your professional journey. Highlight your relevant education and any significant

3. Professional Experience (4 minutes): Detail your most relevant roles and responsibilities. Use specific examples and visuals, if available, to illustrate your key achievements. Include a brief case study or demo of a notable project.
4. Skills and Strengths (2 minutes): Emphasize your core skills with concrete examples. Highlight unique strengths that set you apart, using brief clips or graphics to enhance your points.
5. Connection to the Role and Company (1.5 minutes): Explain why you’re excited about the position and how your background aligns with the role. Discuss how your values match the company’s mission and share your vision for team contribution.

Instruction:
